Paloo’s Place is about young children playing, learning and ultimately growing collectively, creatively and constructively. We are a children's play and activity center, not a school. It’s our simple vision and how we think about the service we intend to provide every day to children under seven. Young minds are like sponges, just waiting to absorb anything they interact with.
At Paloo’s Place, we want to ensure that they are constantly engaging in a positive and progressive way. Some of the most critical early childhood learning themes focus on social, cognitive and physical advancement and at Paloo’s Place we hope to provide the space and environment in which children can develop into independent, confident, well-behaved and imaginative people.
We think we are quite unique in the neighborhood because we haven’t found a play center yet that isn’t a crèche, nursery or day care facility offering the fun activities that we have planned for your children. We don’t want parents to be completely disengaged from the active development of their young children so on Tuesdays and Thursdays we have Mommy & Me Days in the hopes of fostering a fun environment for both parents and kids. And now with our new playscape, there are even more fun ways for parents and kids to bond at Paloo's place. In a way, we want you to see us as a community center. We’d like to become a place where parents can meet and discuss topical issues such as parenting toddlers, managing untrained caregivers, first aid lessons, work/life balance and other meaningful concerns.
We have a broad list of entertaining activities planned spanning arts and craft, music and dance, creative writing, outdoor sports, gardening, taekwondo, ballet and more. We even host birthday parties and other special events!
Our indoor play area is a fun kaleidoscope of colors, which is designed to be warm and welcoming for children and parents. Children can interact with one another, under the watchful eyes of our trained staff, and learn the key skills of teamwork, sharing, patience and following instructions. We have toys manufactured by world renowned childhood toy developers such as Fisher Price®, Mattel®, Lego®, Little Tikes®, ELC®, Baby Einstein® and several others.
